Departure Form

Students should plan to leave the final scheduled day of the program and must check out of their room by 10:00 a.m. No students will be allowed to remain in the residence hall after 11:00am. Please be sure to book all flight reservations to accommodate this departure time.

Students are welcome to leave the evening before after classes have ended for the day starting at 5:00pm through 9:00pm. No student will be excused from classes to depart the program early.

This form should be completed by a parent/legal guardian and is due at least 48 hours before the student is scheduled to depart campus.
