Departure Form

Students should plan to leave the final scheduled day of the program by 11:00 a.m. Please be sure to book all flight reservations to accommodate this departure time.

Students are welcome to leave the evening before, after classes have ended for the day, starting at 5:00pm through 9:00pm. No student will be excused from classes to depart the program early.

This form should be completed by a parent/legal guardian and is due at least 48 hours before the student is scheduled to depart campus.

On the evening before, students may depart starting at 5:00pm through 9:00pm. On the official departure day, students must depart by 11:00am.

Please note that ride share services (i.e. Lyft or Uber) do not permit unaccompanied minors. An exception is Uber Teen which allows for parents and teens to have a shared account with special safety features. If your child will be departing via rideshare and is under 18, the ride should be booked via Uber Teen. Otherwise, they should use other ground transportation. A list of ground transportation (shuttle services) is available on the St. Louis Airport website: www.flystl.com/parking-and-transport/transportation.
